OUR STORY
Who Are the Friends of Inglewood Public Library?
The Friends of Inglewood Public Library is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping the Inglewood Public Library. We focus our efforts on increasing library services, improving facilities and programs by seeking gifts, memberships, sponsors and donations. We are a charitable organization and accept tax-exempt donations.
The Friends of Inglewood Public Library was revitalized in November 2012. Currently the Friends book collection exceeds 5,000 volumes spanning all subjects.

OUR MISSION
The Mission of the Friends of the Inglewood Public Library is to:
Advocate for the Inglewood Public Library by bringing the services of the Library to the attention of the public and by raising money to sponsor programs and otherwise assist the library. The funds we raise purchase books and equipment, and sponsor programs that improve the literacy and cultural awareness in our community.
